Custom Cakes & Desserts

We recommend submitting custom dessert inquiries at least 14 days in advance of your requested pickup or delivery date.

All custom orders are subject to availability. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee your requested date.

Ready-to-Order Treats

Ready-to-order treats are available for purchase directly through our online shop. Product availability, preparation times, and fulfillment options will be provided when ordering.

From Lola's Kitchen — Catering & Savory Orders

For individual catering trays, savory dishes, and larger event orders, we recommend submitting your request at least 14 days in advance.

Larger events and holiday orders may require additional notice.

All catering orders are subject to availability and are confirmed once the menu, quantities, pricing, and fulfillment details have been approved and the required payment has been received.

Rush Orders

Orders requested with less than 7 days' notice are considered rush orders.

Rush requests may be accommodated based on availability, order size, menu selection, and preparation requirements.

An additional rush fee may apply and will be provided through a custom quote.

Retainers & Payments

Custom Cakes & Desserts

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure all custom dessert orders.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before your scheduled pickup or delivery date.

Ready-to-Order Treats

All ready-to-order treats require full payment at checkout.

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. All sales are final, except as required by applicable law.

From Lola's Kitchen — Individual Catering Trays

Individual catering tray orders require full payment at the time of ordering.

Orders are not confirmed or scheduled for preparation until payment has been received.

From Lola's Kitchen — Larger Events & Catering

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure larger catering and special-event orders.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before the scheduled event or fulfillment date.

Orders placed within 7 days of fulfillment require payment in full at confirmation.

Changes to Your Order

We understand that plans sometimes change!

Requests to modify custom dessert or catering orders must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled fulfillment date.

Changes to menu selections, quantities, flavors, designs, or event details are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

Once ingredients have been purchased or preparation has begun, changes may not be possible.

Cancellations by Eats by Lola

In the unlikely event that Eats by Lola must cancel an order, all payments received for that order will be refunded.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us promptly so we can review your concerns and determine an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in these policies limits any rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Pickup & Local Delivery

Eats by Lola offers scheduled pickup and local delivery to select areas.

Pickup

Pickup details and your designated pickup window will be provided with your order confirmation.

Please arrive during your scheduled pickup window. If you anticipate being late, kindly contact us as soon as possible.

Local Delivery

Delivery availability and fees depend on location, distance, order size, and scheduling requirements.

Delivery fees will be communicated before your order is finalized.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled time.

Catering Setup & Equipment

From Lola's Kitchen catering orders are provided in disposable serving trays unless otherwise specified.

Chafing dishes, sternos, serving utensils, and other event equipment are not included unless arranged in advance.

Any requested setup services or additional equipment may result in an additional fee.

Unless staffed service has been specifically arranged, Eats by Lola does not provide ongoing food service or temperature monitoring after delivery.

Customers are responsible for following all provided food safety and temperature-control instructions.

Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Our kitchen may handle common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and sesame.

While care is taken during preparation, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or prevent cross-contact.

Please disclose all food allergies and dietary restrictions before placing your order.

We will review requests for dietary accommodations based on ingredients, preparation requirements, and availability.

Food Handling & Storage

Desserts & Sweet Treats

For the best quality and flavor, please follow the storage and serving instructions provided with your order.

Certain desserts may require refrigeration and should be stored accordingly.

Savory Food & Catering

Some dishes require refrigeration, reheating, or temperature-controlled holding.

Customers will receive applicable handling instructions and are responsible for following them after pickup or delivery.

Hot foods should be maintained at 135°F or above, and cold foods should be kept at 41°F or below.

Perishable foods should not be left without appropriate temperature control for extended periods.

Once an order has been picked up or successfully delivered, Eats by Lola is not responsible for damage or quality issues caused by improper handling, transportation, or storage.

Holiday & Special-Event Orders

Holiday menus, seasonal desserts, and special-event offerings may have designated ordering deadlines, limited quantities, and specific pickup or delivery windows.

Full payment is required for holiday preorder items unless otherwise specified when ordering.

Holiday orders are subject to the cancellation and refund terms provided at checkout or in the order confirmation.

We recommend placing holiday and special-event orders early, as availability may be limited.
