The owner, baker, cook and creative mind behind Eats by Lola.

My love for being in the kitchen started long before Eats by Lola was ever a business. What began as a way to express my creativity, try new recipes, and share something homemade with family and friends quickly turned into a genuine passion. Whether I was baking a cake, experimenting with new flavors, or preparing a good home-cooked meal, I found myself happiest doing what I love making good food and watching people enjoy it.

Over time, family and friends began requesting my cakes, desserts, and favorite dishes for different occasions. That's when I started to realize that something I simply loved doing could become something so much bigger. And just like that, Eats by Lola was born. A business built on passion, creativity, a whole lot of love, and the belief that good food has a way of bringing people together.

But if I'm being completely real, bringing Eats by Lola to life has been about more than just my love for baking and cooking. It's also been about learning to believe in myself, stepping outside of what's comfortable, and finally giving myself permission to pursue something that genuinely makes me happy. As I step into a new decade of life, I'm choosing to stop putting my dreams on the back burner and start making room for the things that bring me joy. And Eats by Lola is one of those things.

While sweet treats will always have a special place in my heart, my love for cooking deserves a little room to shine, too! From custom cakes, cupcakes, and cookies to flavorful, comforting dishes made for sharing, Eats by Lola is about bringing a little something special to your table.

Every order is prepared with care, attention to detail, and a genuine love for what I do. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, planning a special gathering, feeding family and friends, or simply treating yourself because you deserve it, my goal is to make sure whatever comes out of my kitchen is something you'll enjoy and remember.
